ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the Executive Director, and senior leadership with administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling appointments, data entry, donor communication and stewardship, grant reporting, creating correspondence, and small marketing tasks.
2. Manage Donor Database (CRM).
3. Answer phones, and connect with guests during business hours.
4. Engage in event planning, meeting set-up, and tear-down regularly.
5. Prepare newsletters, update website as needed, and communicate well with all donors, and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience required). 3-5 years in Administrative Assistant Role preferred. Executive Assistant experience a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Extremely organized. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Professional demeanor. Team player.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
This position will have a heavy emphasis on development (fundraising).
