About the job:
The Administrative Director functions as the liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the entire team. The Administrative Director is a multi-faceted job function that requires attention to detail, resourcefulness, timeliness, initiative, creative thought and the ability to work independently. To be successful, the Administrative Director will:
• manage the office, the equipment maintenance, inventories, vendor relations, etc.;
• oversee the master meeting schedules and make adjustments as needed;
• update and maintain database as needed;
• process customer invoices and payments;
• manage reimbursements through reconciliation;
• provide customer service and function as the point person for all incoming calls, emails or face-to-face interactions from association members, corporate sponsors, key stake holders and vendors;
• support the team strategically, tactically and administratively;
• execute other duties as needed.

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate
• Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal/written);
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan strategically and effectively multitask;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to research;
• Timely, reliable, resourceful, cooperative, flexible, enthusiastic, energetic, positive / adaptable attitude;
• Possess a professional presence, excellent work ethic, sound judgement and a high level of integrity and business acumen;
• Adept in technology;
• Willingness to work in a small team environment;
• Working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office products;

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline (preferred)
