As our successful Vice President of Family Preservation and Older Youth Services you would provide program leadership and oversight to ensure positive client outcomes, productive community relationships and effective fiscal management for assigned programs.  We are seeking a results-oriented individual to lead and oversee the clinical and operational functioning of our Family Preservation and Older Youth Services throughout the state.  This VP will participate actively in the executive leadership team of Children's Bureau and will contribute to the overall leadership of the agency. The primary location of the position is in Indianapolis and reports to the President/Chief Executive Officer.

To be successful in this role, you need to have the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities:
• A Master's degree in social work or related field is required
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Daytime travel throughout the state required
• Expert technology skills with mastery of entire Microsoft Suite
• Clear, effective communications skills
• Strong business acumen, experience managing fee-for-service billing programs preferred
• Experience managing all aspects of programs including staff, clinical practice and finances
• Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices
• Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences
• 10 years of work experience in the field of child welfare
