Seeking a Clubhouse Program staff to provide mental health psycho-social rehabilitation services in accordance with the Clubhouse International model. Come be a part of an innovative and non-traditional approach to supporting recovery from mental illness.

Organizational Overview:  
Circle City Clubhouse is a Clubhouse International accredited program providing psycho-social rehabilitation services to adults living with mental illness in the greater Indianapolis area.  
Position Duties:
Want to be part of a dynamic, growing organization?   Have a desire to be involved in an innovative and non-traditional approach to addressing mental illness?  Circle City Clubhouse is seeking a generalist program staff to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with mental illness in the Indianapolis area in accordance with the Clubhouse International model. 

All clubhouse staff share employment, housing, evening / weekend, and unit responsibilities, requiring staff to energetically engage of members in all aspects of unit and clubhouse operations. Staff complete unit work with members, not for members, and assist members in reach vocational, educational, housing, and social goals and objectives. Staff are responsible for planning and coordinating unit work tasks and working with members as colleagues and providing training and coverage on transitional employment job positions. Staff also provide coverage on rotating basis for evening, weekend, and holiday social activities.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in human services or related field. 
• Preferred experience with persons with mental illness within the Clubhouse model, or other strengths based or consumer centered models of care.  
• Valid Indiana driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member of a team.
• Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of people.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Ability for some travel both within and out of state for training.
• Ability to speak Spanish or another language plus.
• Energy, flexibility, and commitment to the Clubhouse International model.
