Provides a wide range of complex and confidential administrative support functions for the CEO. Requires excellent communication, a high level of attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Serves as an intermediary between the executive and the board of directors, vendors, community stakeholders and employees. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides excellent internal and external customer service to CEO, board and others.
• Professionally and effectively communicate with Board members, donors, staff and stakeholders.
• Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, secure requested information and compile various reports for CEO.
• Accurately and efficiently manages scheduling and email of CEO, as well as many important documents.
• Plan events including meetings, luncheons and other gatherings.
• Record, produce, disseminate and archive minutes for Board activities and executive meetings.
• Thorough and timely completion of documentation such as expense reports, routine correspondence, writing contact reports, etc.
• Works well independently and demonstrates excellent judgement.
• Represents the agency in a warm, professional manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, applicants without a degree will be considered with commensurate job experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Expert technology skills with mastery of entire Microsoft Suite.
• Clear, effective communications skills.
• Effective writing skills, including punctuation, spelling and grammar.
• Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent keyboard skills.
