The Senior Regional Director is responsible for the administration of all child and family services in The Villages' Southern Indiana Regions, including Monroe, Clark, Vanderburgh, and surrounding counties. He/she is responsible for the quality, and quantity, of programs and services and for their efficient and effective delivery. The Regional Director also participates with senior leadership on strategy, decision making, risk management, and general oversight of financials and staffing for the region.

The Senior Regional Director position requires strong, dynamic leadership, organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to think and plan systemically as well as demonstrate good judgement and critical thinking skills for high-impact situations. This position also requires knowledge of child welfare services. A Master's degree in Social Work or related field and at least five years of previous administrative and supervisory experience is required. Experience in both community-based services and therapeutic foster care is a plus. Regional travel is involved so a valid Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a driving record that allows the incumbent to be covered under Villages' risk management guidelines is required.
