The primary purpose of the Natural Helper Coordinator is to carry out key elements of the organization's flagship Natural Helpers program and overall support the organization.

Natural Helper Network (80%)
Support program evaluation efforts and the development of further strategic goals of the Natural Helpers program
Plan, market, and facilitate monthly Reuben Education Natural Helper trainings on topics related to personal and professional development
Recruit new Natural Helpers and handle all phone/email inquiries of potential program participants
Develop and execute two new Natural Helper trainings each year
Develop monitoring and evaluation system for tracking Natural Helper participation and successes
Coordinate and lead weekly COVID-19 response educational/listening calls and record important points
Oversee Natural Helper outreach efforts, including help desks and potential alumni program
Ensure that Natural Helpers utilize the tracking system and monitor data being collected
Help Line (10%)
Field Help Line/email inquiries
Project Support (10%)
Participate in check-in calls
Assist with gathering information for the organization to disseminate 
Other duties as assigned

Fosters feelings of confidence and collegiality with colleagues, board members and volunteers
Working Conditions
Works remotely; must have internet access (capable of holding video-based calls) and mobile phone
Standard working hours 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday and flexes remaining 5 hours to accommodate evening and weekend Natural Helper work 
Infrequent evening and weekend work required
Extensive computer and phone work 
• Exceptionally organized 
• Must be fluent and literate in English and a second language
• Personal experience as an immigrant/child of an immigrant preferred
• Professional and clear communication skills (in person, via phone, via email)
• Experience in program development and coordination
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; internet search skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
