We are seeking an experienced communications person to coordinate internal and external online communications and publications for the Foundation.
This full-time position is responsible for developing and managing the production schedule for external email communications, social media and the website. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational and workload prioritizing skills, in addition to being a strong writer and creative thinker.

Like all members of Foundation staff, this professional must be committed to working through the lens of our mission, learning how systemic racism and other biases marginalize Central Indiana residents and actively working to dismantle unfair systems both internally and in the community.

Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, communications or related field; not-for-profit or public sector preferred. Proficiency with Adobe (for Apple/Macintosh environment) and knowledge of basic website CMS processes and routines. Experience working with WordPress, Salesforce and Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
