We are seeking an experienced administrative person to be responsible for important receipting, recording activity, paying grantees/vendors and assisting the Operations department.
This full-time position is responsible for coordinating daily contribution processing, grant payments and tracking, new fund setup and accounts payable/receivable. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational and workload prioritizing skills, and the ability to professionally interact with all constituencies.
Like all members of Foundation staff, this professional must be committed to working through the lens of our mission, learning how systemic racism and other biases marginalize Central Indiana residents and actively working to dismantle unfair systems both internally and in the community.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position required, some college or business school training is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
