The Grants Program Director is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). 

Primary responsibilities include:

−Managing grant-related deliverables.
−Providing guidance to staff on grant-funded projects by utilizing project management tools and written and verbal communications.
−Identifying when grant projects require funder approval and coordinate the necessary documentation and change request process.
−Ensuring grant evaluations are conducted, analyzed and reported accurately, and disseminated to content leads.
−Reviewing and advising on grant effort reporting to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
−Facilitating coordination with Finance Department to ensure grant funds are expended within the budget period.
−Reviewing contracts for compliance with federal, state, and other agencies' grant and contract provisions and ensuring contracts include the appropriate work statement.
−Creating and revising sub-recipient and subcontract agreements for grant programs and maintaining contract tracking to monitor contract end-dates and develop amendments and renewals.
−Supporting solicitation of Requests for Proposals for contract and consulting services.
−Responsible for internal grant tracking, evaluation, and reporting systems that ensure timely completion of grant deliverables and compliance.
−Responsible for researching and writing grant proposals and preparing documents for grant applications to ensure timely submission.
−Updating and maintaining IPHCA webpages, databases, and dashboards. 

Qualifications include:

−Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Non-profit Management, or other related field preferred. Master's degree preferred. Work experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
−Must be a resident of the State of Indiana.
−Candidate should be familiar with databases and analytic tools, and be able to compile, analyze, and summarize qualitative and quantitative data in order to synthesize information into useful, concise documents/reports.
−Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as being able to learn new applications quickly. 
−Candidate should have the ability to conduct literature reviews on a variety of academic search engines. 
−Candidate should be familiar with health policy, community health centers, and public health.
−The position also requires being a strong collaborator who works seamlessly with diverse and varied individuals and teams
−A leader who will initiate and carry projects through to completion
−Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation includes:

−The starting salary for this position is based on relevant education and experience.

−Salary paid biweekly, and benefits, including health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.

−Remote work will be considered as an option for this position
