The Professional Standards and Compliance Specialist (PSCS) coordinates the professional standards process, provides information and guidance on professionalism and ethical behavior to members, promotes best business practices, and provides dispute resolution options to the membership and consumers. The PSCS serves as primary liaison to the Grievance Committee and serves as back up to the Director of Professional Services and the Data Integrity and Resolution Specialist.
Interested individuals should have a strong commitment to member service, excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, be diplomatic, and possess organizational and detail-oriented skills. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2-3 years' experience in real estate industry with emphasis on residential transactions a plus.
