If so, then welcome to Central Indiana Community Foundation. This professional will manage a grants portfolio, including education and other issue areas, serving as a liaison between not-for-profits, the community, and CICF's respective boards, advising on grantmaking processes and community issues and providing guidance to organizations applying for grants. This person will also work closely with donor engagement officers to provide support, identify alignment, and produce co-investment opportunities for fundholders.
This position requires strong knowledge of the education sector and key challenges and solutions related to race and equity, including the racial achievement gap and school-to-prison pipeline. Excellent organizational, analytical and evaluation skills as well as outstanding project management skills are also required.

Minimum of three years experience in the not-for-profit or public sector is required. Experience in grantmaking, project management, and task group management is preferred.
