Job Purpose: 

The Grant Programs and Finance Coordinator will manage the programmatic outcomes of ICESAHT grants and funding sources to ensure proper administration and compliance.  The coordinator will track grant outcomes and work with the program team on preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual programmatic reports.  The coordinator will perform accounting functions including but not limited to AP and AR processing and input, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance to GAAP.  This position assists in developing grant proposals and budgets, monthly record keeping and tracking employees' time billable to grants.  The coordinator will work with ICESAHT's data management software to manage membership, and corporate sponsor benefits to ensure proper administration and compliance. 


  • Accounting Functions 
    • Monthly record keeping
    • Process and enter Accounts Payable transactions
    • Process and enter Accounts Receivable transactions
    • Ensure proper classification, coding and function of transactions
    • Prepare journal entries, invoicing and monthly reconciliations
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Grants Management- including federal, state, and private foundation grants
    • Track grant outcomes in partnership with the program team
    • Prepare and submit grant reports
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals
    • Grant Reporting
  • Coalition Manager -the ICESAHT data management software
    • Membership Information and Renewals
    • Manage Coalition Membership Benefits for program members
    • Manage Corporate Sponsor Benefits
    • Provide assistance with events to facilitate streamlined communication with registrants and coordinate event posting

  • Experience working in nonprofit multi-fund accounting.
  • Experience tracking and reporting data and reports for multiple grant funders, preferably with federal grants.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment.
  • Working Knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of grant and contract administration and CFR Title 2.

  • Technologically savvy, seeing beyond the numbers, identifying trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with data management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are required. Driving is required.
